Everything arrived in a timely manner but I was wanting clips to hold the downstem to the bong not the downstem to the bowl which is what I received and they are the right ones for that. I contacted you through email and you explained that your vendor doesn't offer clips in that size. I purchased a 9 mm 12 inch straight from you and I've already somehow broken a downstem. Which I absolutely enjoy by the way. Good job!!!! Other than that I love your products. Shipping times were minimal and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend you to all my friends.
